The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR dated 28.07.2009 registered as Case Crime No.395 of 2009, under Sections 328 and 379 I.P.C., Police Station Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat with a further prayer, not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the first information report.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the present case, charge sheet has already been filed, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition.
In this view of the matter, we do not find any reason to interfere in the matter.
