JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-disbursal of the claim petition filed in the year 2010. The application for compensation is seen at Ext.P1. The petitioner is the claimant in the claim petition and contends that he has suffered serious injuries and in such circumstance, the claim petition has to be considered expeditiously. 2. In any event, considering the fact that the claim has been pending for the last four years, it is directed that if the petitioner files an application for expeditious consideration, the Tribunal shall look into it and consider the same favourably, but, however, in accordance with the work pending before the Tribunal.
The writ petition is disposed of.
