The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer, Badalpur, District Jaunpur i.e. respondent no.1 to decide the objection in Case Nos.48 to 49 (Abdul Kalam versus Abdul Ajeej) under Section 20 of the U.P.Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the respondent no.1 is directed to decide the aforesaid case, if already pending within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
