JUDGMENT / ORDER

A week's further time is granted as prayed to the petitioner to deposit Rs. 5,000/- in compliance of the order dated 04.04.2014. If he fails to deposit the amount within the aforesaid period, the interim order shall automatically stand vacated.
Issue fresh notice to opposite party no.2 through the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned for her appearance before the Court on 08.08.2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioner to take steps within a week.
