JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners are accused 1 and 2 in Crime No.283 of 2014 of the Badiadka Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 294(b), 506(i) and 308 of the Indian Penal Code, apprehend arrest and have filed this application. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application.
It is submitted that on 25.05.2014 at about 6.00 p.m on a dispute over the kabadi team consisting of the petitioners and the de facto complainant failing in the match, the petitioners stabbed the de facto complainant and his brother with knives on their back.
3. Learned counsel submitted that the allegations are not true. It is submitted that the injuries suffered by the de facto complainant and his brother are minor in nature.
4. I have gone through the body note and first information statement where it is stated that the de facto complainant and his brother sustained injuries on their back. The weapons used are knives.

petitioners, investigation required to be done and having regard to the relevant circumstances, request for pre-arrest bail cannot be allowed.
Application is dismissed. It is directed that in case the petitioners are arrested, they shall be produced before the jurisdictional magistrate as early as possible.
