In the light of the proposed direction in this judgment, notice to respondent Nos.3 to 6 is dispensed with. Learned Standing Counsel appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 objection against drawal of electric lines through his property.

2. There shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 objection before drawal of any electric line through the petitioner's property, if the drawal of lines have not already been effected.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
