Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Dan Bahadur, learned counsel for the Informant and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No.100 of 2020, under Sections 323, 308, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Kemri, District Rampur.
Learned counsel for the informant apprises the Court that bailable warrants have been issued against the applicants. In view of the aforesaid and bearing in mind the principles enunciated by the Supreme Court in Lavesh Vs. State (NCT of Delhi) [(2012) 8 SCC 730)], the application shall stand rejected.
However, this order shall not preclude the applicants to move the concerned Court for regular bail.
