JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition aggrieved by Ext.P4 proceedings of the second respondent by which he has been directed to stop a construction that he has been carrying on. It is alleged in Ext.P4 that the construction is being carried on, in violation of the building permit. The petitioner has responded to Ext.P4 by submitting Ext.P6 reply. However, no orders have been passed in the matter till date. Adv.Azad Babu appears for the respondents. 2. Heard. Since Ext.P4 is only a show cause notice, I do not consider it necessary to interfere with the same. The petitioner has already responded to Ext.P4 by submitting Ext.P6 reply. The proper course therefore is for the respondents to consider the petitioner's reply, to afford an opportunity of being heard to him and to pass final orders in the matter, as expeditiously as possible.
2 W.P.(C).No.32317 of 2014 This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the explanation of the petitioner, Ext.P6, to afford him an opportunity of being heard and to pass final orders in the matter in accordance with law. Orders as indicated above, shall be issued as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
