Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State.
Petitioner made a representation on 06.09.2011, copy of which is Annexure-4. It was rejected by Officer In-Charge Nazarat acting for District Magistrate, Mahoba on 24.09.2011. Copy of the rejection order is Annexure-6 to the writ petition. The said order was not promptly challenged. Even through this writ petition the said order has not been challenged. The main (third) prayer is that respondents may be directed to decide the petitioner's representation within stipulated period. The representation has been already decided.
Accordingly, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition.
It is, therefore, dismissed.
