1. The petitioner has preferred Exhibit P2 application for replacement of the vehicle bearing No.KL-12/C 2027 with vehicle bearing No.KL-12/D 2889 for operating under the regular permit granted to him. It is pointed out that the respondent is not passing any orders on the said application.
2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exhibit P2 application of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
