This special appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 30.06.2008 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 29931 of 2008 (Abdul Halim and another Vs. Assistant Registrar, Firms, Society and Chits Bareilly Division, Bareilly and others) in which prayer made by the petitioners to quash the order dated 22.04.2008 passed by Assistant Registrar, Firms, Society and Chits Bareilly Division, Bareilly by which he had approved the committee of management of the respondent-2, was dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file suit for their grievance.
We have perused the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge.
We do not find that the impugned order suffers from any illegality or legal infirmity requiring any interference by us.
This special appeal lacks merits and is dismissed.
