1. Petitioner submitted Ext.P3 representation before the second respondent for release of his lorry bearing Reg.No.KL-11-Y 5168 which is allegedly involved in transporting river sand without valid permit. Petitioner requests for early disposal of Ext.P3 representation.

2. There will be a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation, as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
