JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to communicate the petitioner any order passed pursuant to Exts.P1 and P3 and for a direction not to demolish any construction of the building belonging to the petitioner.
2. The petitioner was admittedly served with notice under Section 406(1) of the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994. He had filed objections and he was heard, but, no orders have been passed.
3. Counter affidavit has been filed by respondents 1 and 2 inter alia stating that final order was passed on 6.2.2014.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that W.P.(C). No.17284 of 2014 -: 2 :-
copy of the order has not been furnished to the petitioner. If the order has been served, the petitioner has the right to appeal before the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances involved in this case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to supply to the petitioner, copy of the order passed pursuant to notice under Section 406(1) of the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment and thereafter it shall be open for the petitioner to seek appropriate relief in accordance with law. The respondents shall not implement the order passed for a period of 30 days from the date of issuing the said order.
