Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Perambra Police.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per report dated 15.06.2014 of the S.H.O., Perambra no case is registered against the petitioner at the Perambra Police Station. The petitioner is also not required for any purpose.

3. In the light of the above submission, the petitioner cannot have any genuine apprehension of arrest now.

Application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of genuine apprehension arrest in future.
