JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached the Revenue Divisional Officer by Ext.P1 complaining that the respondents in the above complaint has dumped waste materials and building waste in adjoining property. The petitioner submits that this is a public nuisance and the Revenue Divisional Officer is bound to take action. In view of Ext.P1, there shall be a direction to the first respondent Revenue Divisional Officer to take up Ext.P1 and dispose the same after hearing the petitioner and also the 3rd respondent within a period of six weeks. Pending proceedings on Ext.P1, the first respondent shall ensure that the 3rd respondent or any other person shall not obstruct the petitioner or cause dumping any waste in the petitioner's property or in the adjoining WP(C).No.32458/2014-F.
2 property for reclaiming the same.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
