This criminal appeal has been filed on behalf of the accused-appellant against the judgment and order dated 2.2.2016 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Jhansi in session Trial No. 141 of 2013 (State vs. Abdul Gaffar), under section 363 I.P.C., Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi.

Learned counsel for the accused-appellant has submitted that the accused-appellant is on interim bail granted by the trial court vide order dated 2.2.2016, so he should be enlarged on regular bail during the pendency of this case.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the accused-appellant, the accused-appellant is enlarged on regular bail on his furnishing personal bonds and two sureties with the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower court concerned.
This matter be listed in usual course before appropriate Bench.
