Petitioner is a retired Headmaster of Madarsa Jamiya Miftahul Uloom, Niswan, Mau, District Mau. He has approached this Court challenging an advertisement issued by the institution on 16.02.2021, whereby certain posts of Munsi/Maulavi and Assistant Teacher (Tehtaniya) have been advertised. It is contended that vacancies advertised are in excess of sanctioned strength and various other illegalities have been committed by the Managing Committee.
Legality of the appointment and existence of post etc. are issues, which are expected to be examined by the concerned educational authorities who have to grant approval to the appointment made by the Managing Committee and at that stage necessary factual enquiry would be conducted. The advertisement, at this stage, cannot be specifically challenged by a retired Headmaster. This petition appears to have been filed for settling personal score. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and it is dismissed, accordingly.
