The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the Family Court at Thrissur is functioning now, he may be permitted to withdraw this original petition without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach the Family Court at Thrissur, for implementing the order of the court below. Recording the above submission, this original petition is closed permitting the petitioner to move the Family Court, Thrissur for appropriate relief.
