The petitioner is aggrieved by the intersection of an excavator with a Hydraulic Rock Breaker from Coimbatore to Malappuram on rental basis for 11 months. The consignee is a registered dealer and the goods were detained only on the ground that no Form-15 accompanied the consigned goods. Since the petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition and is willing to take up the liability of the adjudication proceedings, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to release the goods on the petitioner executing a simple bond without sureties expeditiously on production of the certified copy of this judgment. Writ Petition disposed of.
