The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL-02/X-207 in the route Paravoor- Varkala Temple (via) Kappil, Edava, Venkulam and Varkala Maithanam. The petitioner's timings were last revised in 1997 and hence the petitioner filed an application to revise the timings by Ext.P3 dated 16.10.2014. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of one month from WPC.No.34699/2014 : 2 : the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say that the revision if any made will be subject to any further revision in accordance with Circular No.D3/875/STA/2005 dated 08.11.2011.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
