JUDGMENT / ORDER

Application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Petitioner is the 9th accused in Crime No.443 of 2014 of the Manjeshwar Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115, 118 and 120B r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with the other accused have hatched a criminal conspiracy to do away with those accused persons involved in one Balige Azeez murder case. The petitioner was arrested on 01.07.2014 in another case. While undergoing detention, he was formally arrested in this case on 05.09.2014.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that he is involved in two other crimes and one of the crimes relating to offences including the offence under Section 307 of the Indian B.A.No.7591 of 2014 2 Penal Code. Learned Public Prosecutor has further pointed out that the applications seeking bail filed by the present petitioner in the other cases stand dismissed.
6. Considering the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioner and the criminal antecedents on his part, I am of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail.
In the result, this bail application is dismissed.
