JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner approached this Court alleging that the present Executive Committee of the third respondent is being dissolved without following the rules and regulations. The petitioner has approached this Court on 24.10.2014. The meeting of the new Executive Committee was scheduled on 25.10.2014. The petitioner challenges the notice convening meeting to elect the new Executive Committee, which is dated 16.9.2014.
2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that a new Executive Committee has been selected and they have assumed charge pursuant to the meeting held on 25.10.2014.
3. The question regarding the non-compliance of the rules and regulations requires an enquiry on finding facts. It is not open for this Court, at this stage, to entertain any complaint relating to election of office bearers of the third respondent. The second respondent is the State Chief Commissioner who is the authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner regarding the election.
W.P.(C)No.27885 of 2014 2 Therefore if the petitioner has any grievance, he shall approach the second respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If such a complaint is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of after hearing the petitioner and also the office bearers of the Executive Committee within a period of six weeks after receipt of such complaint.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
