JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding the 2nd respondent to dispose of Ext.P2 representation filed by the petitioner and/or grant the petitioner the benefit of 6 monthly equal installments for the arrears of the housing loan accrued from March 2013 to March 2014 and also to regularise the future monthly installments from the month of May 2014 onwards and continue to pay in future monthly installments.
ii). Such other or further reliefs which the petitioner may pray for from time to time and which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice.
iii) Costs of the proceedings.”
2. When the matter was listed on 22.09.2014, there was no representation for the petitioner. The same was the position on 28.10.2014. Today also the position is not different. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the cause of action W.P.(C)No.6802 OF 2014 2 projected in this writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
