JUDGMENT / ORDER

Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Petitioner is an accused in Crime No.508 of 2014 of the Kunnamangalam Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 326 and 308 r/w Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It seems that earlier the very same petitioner had approached this court through B.A.No.4316 of 2014 . The said application was disposed of by this court vide Annexure-B order dated 01.07.2014. Petitioner was specifically directed to surrender before the Police on 08.07.2014 for interrogation. He has not availed that opportunity and has again chosen to file the present bail application. There is absolutely no change of circumstances. Matters being so, any further discussion is not required to conclude that he is not entitled to the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail. At the same time, I issue the following directions.
(i) The petitioner may, if so advised, surrender before B.A.No.7532 of 2014 2 the investigating officer within 5 days from today.
(ii) Petitioner shall co-operate with investigation of the case.
(iii) After interrogation, the petitioner shall be produced on the same day before the jurisdictional magistrate.
(iv) In case advance notice is served on the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case, the learned magistrate shall dispose of the application seeking bail, if any filed, preferably on the same day itself.
