This Criminal Petition is filed to quash orders dated 20/11/2012 passed by V-Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Hyderabad, in Crl.MP.No.404 of 2012 in Criminal Appeal No.168 of 2011 allowing petition under section 311 Cr.P.C. subject to petitioner/R-1 depositing half of the arrears of maintenance fallen due as on date as per the impugned judgment on or before 05/12/2012, failing which petition stands dismissed.
