JUDGMENT / ORDER

Read Order dated 14th July, 2014. Pursuant to the above Order, the Revenue Divisional Officer has granted permission to the petitioner in terms of clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilisation Order. This is produced as Ext.P17. In view of Ext.P17 there shall be a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to issue necessary NOC to the petitioner for starting a petroleum retail outlet. This shall be done within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. In view of the above Ext.P13 is set aside.
