1. This application has been sent through jail for releasing the applicant on parole for the attending the marriage ceremonies of sister's daughter.
2. It appears that the applicant is in jail since last about twelve years. As per the jail report, whenever he was released since 2007, he surrendered in time. His jail conduct is also good. Hence, in the opinion of this Court, parole is required to be granted.
3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is partly allowed. Jail authority is directed to release the applicant on parole on usual terms and conditions for a period from 29-2-2012 to 3-3-2012.
