Ext.P5 is the claim petition filed by the petitioner before the third respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer for release of the vehicle, allegedly involved in transporting the river sand without permission. 2. In view of the limited prayer, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
