Order below Note dated 11.06.2012:
Perused the Note for Speaking to the Minutes, wherein it is stated that at the time when the matter was heard, a request was made to stay the order for a period of three months and that the request for stay of the order was considered by the Court. However, the same is not reflected in the judgement and order dated 9.3.2012 passed by this Court in Civil Revision Application No.166 of 2011.
A perusal of the judgement and order dated 9.3.2012 made in Civil Revision Application No.166 of 2011 indicates that the fact regarding request for staying the said order has not been recorded. Under the circumstances, in the judgement and order dated 9.3.2012 made in Civil Revision Application No.166 of 2011, the following shall be inserted after paragraph 15 thereof:
"16. At this stage, learned advocate for the respondent seeks stay of this order for the purpose of enabling the respondent to avail of remedy before the higher forum.
17. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the request is turned down."
The Note stands disposed of accordingly.
