JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the the respondents to provide relief under the Chief Minister Relief Fund to the Petitioner by considering her representation, dated 20.10.2014.
2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
4.The grievance of the Petitioner is that the above said representation submitted by the Petitioner claiming relief fund from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund has not been considered so far, even after conducting enquiry by the local revenue officials.
5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 20.10.2014 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
