JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the impugned order of the second respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.752/A1/2016, dated 23.12.2016.
2.Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3.Admittedly, as against the order impugned in this writ petition, the petitioner has to file an appeal before the first respondent. Since the petitioner is having an effective and alternative remedy, at this juncture, this writ petition cannot be entertained.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any appeal is filed within the time, the first respondent shall dispose the appeal on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties. No costs.
