COMMON PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records made in PER(FB) TANGEDCO proceedings No.6 (admn Brach) dated 29.04.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent and proceeding with the selection process as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to call for fresh list of candidates from the employment exchange by relaxing the upper age limit and then proceed with the selection process for appointment to the post of Assessor Grade II.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners admits the fact that pursuant to the list of candidates sponsored by the Employment Exchange in the year 2013, some candidates were already appointed and they are serving in the respondent/Board. However, at this point of time, this Court cannot issue direction to call for any fresh list of candidates from the Employment Exchange in respect of the list which was already sent in the year 2013. Thus, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in accordance with law by challenging the orders pursuant to the selection process conducted in the year 2013.
