This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the recovery warrant dated 29.1.2018 passed under Sections 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in Case No. 585 of 2015, Smt. Sabhana vs. Aazaad and others, under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, P.S.- Fatehpur Sikri, District- Agra, pending in the court of J.M.-1, Agra.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not been able to point out any such illegality or impropriety, much less than any abuse of court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. The maintenance order that has been made by the court below has to be complied with. The recovery process is only a consequential proceeding which is natural corollary to follow. There is no good ground to castigate the impugned proceedings.
The application lacks merits and stands dismissed.
