Aavesh vs State

Heard learned APP Mr. Jani for the respondent - State. I have also perused the papers produced before me.

Learned APP has stated that the I.G. Prison has granted furlough leave to the applicant. He has also produced on the record the copy of order dated 26.4.2012 of Administrative Officer, Office of the Inspector General (Prison), Gujarat State, Ahmedabad. The said order be taken on the record.

In view of above, now nothing survives in the matter. Application is disposed of.
