Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Present petition has been filed for commanding the respondents not to interfere and disturb in the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners and also direct the respondents to ensure the safety security and protection of the life of the petitioners from respondents and any other persons because petitioners have legally married on their own choice and free will and are living peacefully as husband and wife.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, as per the remedy available in accordance with law.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
