This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register FIR against the accused persons, based on the complaint dated 11.04.2017 given by the petitioner, for the offences committed by the accused.

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that in respect of the complaint made by the petitioner dated 11.04.2017, there is no cooperation from the petitioner, on which basis, the complaint came to be closed.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
