This application is filed praying for extension of temporary bail granted by this Court (Coram : Z.K.Saiyed,J) vide order dated 14.11.2011 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.15430 of 2011.
Heard learned advocate Mr.Rachh for the applicant and learned APP Ms.Calla for the respondent-State.
It transpires from the record that as the applicant was pregnant, this Court granted the temporary bail for a period of two months. During this period, the applicant gave birth to a baby girl and she is 1 ½ months old at this stage. The medical certificate is also produced. Considering this fact, this application is partly allowed. The temporary bail granted by this Court (Coram : Z.K.Saiyed,J) vide order dated 14.11.2011 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.15430 of 2011 is extended for a further period of fifteen (15) days on the same terms and conditions. The applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on the expiry of this period.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service today is permitted.
