JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 33
Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 2837 of 2018 Petitioner :- Smt. Aashiya Begum Respondent :- Civil Judge (J.D)/ F.T.C. Allahabad And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rahul Mishra,Abhishek Mishra
Hon'ble Manoj Misra,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)/F.T.C., Allahabad to decide temporary injunction application dated 05.09.2017 in Original Suit No. 2032 of 2017 within a stipulated period.
It has been submitted by the petitioner that ex parte injunction, as prayed for by the petitioner, was not accorded and notice was issued to the defendant.
It is the case of the petitioner that notice has been served upon the defendants, as would be apparent from order dated 06.10.2017, yet the application 6C has not been decided.
From a perusal of the order-sheet, it appears that on last date, the matter had to be adjourned on account of lawyer's strike.
Under the circumstances, this court finds no good reason to issue any specific direction, at this stage.
It is expected that the court concerned, in absence of any legal impediment, shall proceed to take appropriate decision on the pending application, expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 25.4.2018 Sunil Kr Tiwari
