Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of S.T. No. 636 of 2018 CNR No. UPME 010105002018( State Versus Aas Mohammad) arising out of Case Crime No. 176 of 2018 under sections 376,384,506,507 I.P.C. and section 67 and 67 A of Information Technology Act P.S. Parikshitgarh district Meerut pending in the court of Fast Track Court, Meerut.
After having gone through the record and the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.G.A. I find that there is no force in the present petition and it is liable to be dismissed.
Dismissed.
