1. Heard Mr. Dinesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits that present application be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh as there are inherent mistakes in the application.
3. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to prayer made by learned counsel for applicant.
4. Accordingly, present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid.
5. Certified copy of impugned order be returned to learned counsel for applicant after obtaining a photocopy of same to be kept on record.
