JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to grant license for possession and sale of explosives (Crackers) permanently on the petitioner's application, dated 15.09.2009.
2.Heard Mrs.R.Bhuvaneswari, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above submission, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
