JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Innisai Kacheri on 17.02.2017 in the place mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.
3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has given a representation on 19.01.2017, but the same has not been considered by the respondents. Under the said circumstances, the following order can be passed.
4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Uthumalai Police Station, Tirunelveli District is directed to look into the representation dated 19.01.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of two days.

1.The Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli District, Tirunelveli.
2.The Inspector of Police, Uthumalai Police Station, Tirunelveli District. .
