By means of present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in their peaceful matrimonial life.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
