Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents as well as Sri Saroj Giri, learned counsel holding brief of Sri N.K. Giri for the respondent Bank.
The only relief prayed for in this writ petition reads thus:
"(A). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of direction to the bank/respondent no. 2 to provide the statement of accounts."
Adequate avenues are available to the petitioner to obtain a copy of the Statement of Account. In view thereof, no cause arises for this Court to issue any directions.
Writ petition is consequently dismissed.
