This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P6 stop memo issued by the District Collector whereby the District Collector directed the petitioner to stop operation of quarry. It is mentioned in Ext.P6 that the petitioner is operating the quarry without having any licence. This Court as per the interim order has stayed the operation of Ext.P6.
2. According to the petitioner, he has all the licence. The petitioner submits that Panchayat had refused to issue licence which was challenged before the Tribunal. According to the petitioner, he is operating the quarry by virtue of an interim order passed by this Court in WP(C).No.11974/2014. In view of the above, Ext.P6 is quashed and set aside. However, it is open to any competent authority to take action against the petitioner WP(C).No.14613/2014-B.
2 depend upon the outcome of the decision in WP(C). No.11974/2014 This writ petition is disposed of as above.
