(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict seeking extension of temporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 21st June 2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No.8655 of 2012. Para 2 of the said order reads as under:
"The papers are received from the Registry. The present application is filed by the wife of the convict seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days so as to enable the convict to come out and to arrange for the fees for his children. The details of the children and the fees due are set out in para-2 of the application. .. .."
2. Now the convict says that he has undertaken construction of his house, which is incomplete; therefore, temporary bail granted by this Court be extended. The court is not convinced with the said ground. Hence this application is rejected.
