This Original Petition is filed challenging the Ext.P1 order passed by the Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.2218/13. The issue raised before the Tribunal was whether the teachers are entitled to time bound higher grade even in the absence of satisfactory completion of probation. That question was answered by the Tribunal against the applicant, relying on its earlier order in T.A.No.4461/2012. Therefore, the issue is already answered against the petitioners and, therefore, the Tribunal rejected the O.A.
2. However, the counsel for the petitioners invited our attention to Clauses 14 and 36 of Annexure A10, the consolidated Government Order, dated 8.8.2008, and contended that in the case of teachers, declaration of probation is not necessary for getting time bound higher grade.

3. After considering all previous Government Orders, Tribunal held that these provisions of Annexure A10 are not applicable to teachers and they are governed by orders issued by the General Education Department which requires satisfactory completion of probation for getting time bound higher grade.
4. Having gone through the order passed by the Tribunal in its entirety, we do not find any reason to interfere with the view taken by the Tribunal.
Original petition is dismissed.
