The petitioner was aggrieved with the recovery proceedings initiated against the mortgaged property for satisfaction of a loan availed of from the 2nd respondent. The petitioner was directed to pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- as per an interim order dated 04.05.2010. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he does not have any instruction in the matter. In any event, the matter has been pending before this Court from 2010 and if the petitioner has not satisfied the amount till date, the petitioner shall be granted six monthly instalments to satisfy the dues. Writ Petition is disposed of as above, making it clear that the respondent will be free to proceed with the recovery if the petitioner does not approach the respondent Bank within one month from today.
