Present petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner for quashing of the chargesheet dated 22-07-2018 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 7690 of 2018(State Versus Aamir @ Golu), arising out of Case Crime No. 488 of 2018, under sections 452,376,377,506 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali, District-Bareilly.
I find no force in this petition. The petition is dismissed.
