Patel, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has brought it to the notice of the Court that the applicant, who filed Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.6791 of 2012 in Criminal Appeal No.3049 of 2008 was already released on temporary bail for a period of seven days (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ravi R. Tripathi) and in view of the above, this application submitted through Jail Authority is not to be entertained at this stage. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
